GRANDMA'S HOUSE HAS JUST CELEBRATED THEIR 8TH BIRTHDAY!

The intergenerational program at Grandma's House provides 24 hour skilled nursing care for children who require indefinite placement due to their medical conditions.

Children awaiting medical foster home placement are nurtured by the adult residents. The interaction between these children and adults truly creates a neighborhood environment.

Grandma's House has a homelike atmosphere that fosters intergenerational healing. It was created as a result of a vision that addressed the community's need for short and long term pediatric services.

Just like any other neighborhood of a community we offer the services to make our residents feel at home. We have a charter school where the children can keep up with their studies and not have their education interrupted.
